WebCity Hospice is the major provider of specialist home-based palliative care for Cardiff. All of our services are provided free of charge. We offer a number of services at our Hospice Centre, Ty Hosbis based in Whitchurch Hospital Grounds, however much of our work takes place in our patients’ homes.
