WebJan 10, 2024 · The arrow keys work, the Ctl key works, the timeline isn't locked, its an affliction in every project (or at least the four projects I opened to test it), a complete shut-down didn't help, a reinstall of Premiere (CC) didn't help, a resetting of the workspace didn't help...and I'm out of ideas.
