WebMar 5, 2024 · Youth Ambassador Cooper (and “Among Us” fan) created a fun comic to raise awareness about the symptoms of type 1 diabetes, including increased thirst, frequent urination and weight loss – all of which were symptoms he experienced when he was diagnosed at three years old. WebShe is a JDRF Youth Ambassador, a Youth Advocacy Leader, and very involved in JDRF One Walk, fundraising through her team, “Amanda’s Army.” Outside of school and supporting other members of the T1D community, Amanda enjoys playing tennis, running cross country, traveling, and participating in her church’s youth group.
