Web21 apr. 2024 · I tested the keyboard with my MacBook Pro where I am able to use it fine. It also connects using the wire to my PC, but it won't find the keyboard via Bluetooth. My Windows PC has Bluetooth 5.0, and I've tried holding down Command + W, tried resetting the keyboard via my MacBook Pro, but it still isn't able to find my keyboard. WebDisconnect the keyboard connection completely from the PC (make it so it doesn't appear in the "Devices" tab). Do a factory reset on it (Hold "Fn"+"Z"+"J" together for four seconds to do the factory reset). Make sure you have updated your PC in the "Update & Security" tab. Reconnect the keyboard.
